reaction paper

Pirates of Silicon Valley tells us both sides of the story, Bill Gates and Microsoft, and Steve Jobs and Apple. Though almost half of the movie is more on the Steve Jobs-Steve Wozniak story. Their knowledge, struggle and risk-taker attitude made them as successful as what they became. I dislike some of Steve Jobs’ attitudes like his way of handling his personnel because he’s too perfectionist that he doesn’t even let his employees sleep. And he’s not that responsible when it comes to his family because he’s too focused on his business. On the other hand, the movie does a good job at showing how Microsoft started and what it had to do to get to where they were. But somehow, I do not agree on how Bill Gates established his corporation because it is considered as stealing. And he is too wise to get the trust of his rival and made himself as the richest man in the world…
